Sclera, Adam and Serbian Cyrillic Symbol sets on Global Symbols
EA Draffan
Global Symbols now has Sclera, plus a new set of Urdu AAC symbols and a Cyrillic version of the Serbian AAC symbols using ARASAAC with additional localised symbols.
The aim is to keep improving the site and now it is possible to add multiple labels to aid searches and help with classification.
Over the coming months there will also be more resources available as well as links to some updated online AAC training. The Global Symbols AAC training content is in Moodle and can be translated or adapted, as the modules are provided under a Creative Commons licence. One of the important things to think about when considering AAC is the different types that is exist and can be summed up under the headings suggested by Helen Robinson who has shared her four P's on Twitter
