AAC is likely to be quite new within the community that is to be engaged, it may be useful at this stage to engage the international partner to assist with the planning and to help undertake a gap analysis of the current AAC provision and the desired outcome.

- Any international partner should have experience in implementing AAC systems in emerging markets.
