3g. Training Evaluation

The success of the training can be evaluated using a range of survey approaches:
- Take place immediately after the training to ensure that the content is understood and any difficulties are addressed.
- Used to gauge impact when another review can be helpful 3-6 months after the training.
This evaluation should focus on:
- what changes to practice and communication have taken place,
- what challenges the attendees may have faced and
- what can be done to build upon the learning or increase impact.
Results from both types of evaluation can be used to inform future iterations of the materials for use within the country or elsewhere.
