Evaluation of the training can be implemented through surveys. An example of the initial survey for UNICEF training participants is available as a Google document https://docs.google.com/document/d/1eBcnJigQFji84CX9jJBpV9Xh20pQBxBg/edit?usp=sharing&ouid=117351580859434170279&rtpof=true&sd=true

  • Following the evaluation, it is useful to draw together the responses to inform further iterations of the materials and program for additional learners and consider further training needs at a group or personal level. By identifying personal strengths and challenges, opportunities can be identified to extend learning. These can include:
  • Additional Reading or online material
  • Face to face short courses
  • Conference and exhibitions
  • Peer support
  • Professional Mentoring
  • Decisions as to the most suitable approach should demonstrate benefit at individual, team and organisations levels.
