Provide internal technical support within the team regarding:
- Application of digital technologies during training
- Support for creating a local repository of materials
- Creation of a repository or shared workspace for training materials - e.g.prefereably open licenced and free such as Moodle with translation possibilities
- Internal technical support for the process of development of national symbol sets
- Cboard-related technical support
External technical support is required from the following:
- Engaging with the Cboard developer community
- TTS vendor for the development of the TTS for a local language
- Global Symbols administrators provide guidance and support for all site issues.
- Language translators are needed
Make sure this type of support is ongoing and part of a maintenance agreement after the project ends to ensure a lasting legacy.
