Introduction
Implementing an Assistive Technology (AT) and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) ecosystem within a country requires, not only a careful selection of relevant and appropriate products, but also careful and systematic action to develop skills and abilities to use those products within a setting.
The guide offers a logical sequence of activities to ensure that you have a firm foundation for capacity building, within which to introduce AAC strategies and a range of approaches, including the use of digital device technologies and software applications like Cboard.
